Knowledge management model also means that whatever knowledge an organization has, it is been put to the best use so that the understanding of the available resources becomes easier and every individual is more aware of the available knowledge.

This is how knowledge sharing becomes easy and quick in a particular enterprise. Success of the knowledge management also depends on the kind of content it has and how easy it is to use and access it.
